SECTION 1 | PAYMENT TERMS

GENERAL

Payment is simple, but things still have to be outlined.

• Payment will be done up front before any work begins
• Payment will be processed through PayPal, and is the only current way I am accepting payment.

REFUNDS

• Refunds can only be requested if the client expresses that they would like one before a sketch is finalized.
• Same as payments, refunds will be processed through PayPal.

SECTION 2 | WILL / WON'T

For clarification, this section outlines what I am willing to draw (to the extent that I can accurately describe) and what I am not willing to draw.

WILL DRAW

• Furry
• Humans
• Robots
• Light Gore
• Promotional Character Renders
• Game Assets (Ask for more details if what you want isn't listed on the sheet.)

WON'T DO

• NSFW
• Fetish Art
• Proship junk
• Drug Use
• Excessive Gore
• Realism
• FNF Characters or Mod Assets
• Mechas (They're very tough)
• JJBA Characters

EDITS

• Minor edits are fine and can be requested up to the lineart phase
• Up to 3 major edits may be made during the sketching phase (Drastic changes, complete redraws, etc.)

SECTION 3 | Use of Artwork

My permissions

• I am allowed to post commissioned artwork with credit to the client publicly unless the client asks otherwise

Your permissions

• You are allowed to post commissioned artwork with credit to social media (With the exclusion of Twitter/X.)
• By no means are you allowed to use my artwork for any AI, Generative AI, AI training, or AI Modification purposes.
